![]() He said "German is better" about six times (despite the fact that they "offer English customer service). I came with passport and the two sets of forms and (in German) kindly asked if the teller spoke English. I thought they could not have been more rude. I completed the process, printing two copies of the forms as required. Nevermind that this process is entirely in German and they claim to have English-speaking customer service (stay tuned for more on that). The teller recommended that I do the setup online instead. ![]() In the US, that would never, I repeat, NEVER, happen. They said sure, our next free appointment is in a week. First, I went into a branch asking to set up an account. I cannot underestimate how utterly pathetic this institution is.
